Golfscape Platform
The internal tee sheet platform golf courses use to manage availability, rate cards and bookings in real time — the operational backbone behind every reservation made on Golfscape.

My Involvement
The journey from brief to production.
Brief
Golf courses onboarded to Golfscape needed a way to manage their own tee sheets — availability, rate cards and player types — in real time, rather than relying on us to update bookings manually. I helped design and build the internal platform course staff use to run that side of the business.
Wireframe & Mockup Design
I started with wireframes to map out the tee sheet grid, filtering and summary views, then moved into high-fidelity mockups in Sketch. That process helped nail down how staff would scan a full day's availability, player types and rate cards at a glance before development began.
UI/UX Implementation
I built the tee sheet interface in PHP, SASS and jQuery, turning the mockups into an interactive grid where staff can view booked, blocked and available slots by day, adjust rate cards and player types, and drill into a bar's segments without a page reload. This included the create tee times flow, letting course staff generate slots across a date range with custom intervals, player caps and rate cards, so a full day's or season's availability could be set up in one pass instead of entered slot by slot.
The tee sheet grid colour-codes each slot by rate card, so staff can read the mix of pricing across a day at a glance rather than opening each booking to check.
The create tee times UI lets staff generate slots across a date range in one pass, setting intervals, player caps and rate cards instead of entering each slot by hand.

Deploy to Staging Environment
Once a feature was built and tested locally, I deployed it to a staging environment where the team could QA against real course data before it went live to golf course staff.
